Delete Your Account

Request deletion of your GarageBilling account and all associated data.

Delete from the App

The easiest way to delete your account is directly from the GarageBilling app:

  1. Open the GarageBilling app
  2. Go to Settings (tap the gear icon)
  3. Scroll down and tap "Delete Account"
  4. Confirm the deletion when prompted (you will be asked to confirm twice)

Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted immediately.

What Data Gets Deleted

When you delete your account, the following data is permanently removed from our servers:

  • Your account profile (name, email, phone)
  • All customer records and vehicle information
  • All bills, invoices, and payment records
  • All inventory items and stock data
  • All service reminders
  • Your garage/business settings and logo
  • Invoice templates and preferences
  • All uploaded files (logos, photos)

This action is permanent and cannot be undone.

We recommend exporting your data (PDF/CSV reports) before deleting your account if you need to keep any records.

Can't Access the App?

If you are unable to delete your account through the app (for example, if you've lost access to your device), you can request account deletion by emailing us:

Subject: Account Deletion Request

Please include the email address associated with your GarageBilling account. We will process your request and delete all associated data within 7 business days.

Data Retention

Once your account is deleted, all data is permanently removed from our servers immediately. We do not retain any copies of your data after deletion. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
